Friday-Directory forms due

New this year, we will be offering the directory free of charge to Lakeshore families in an electronic format.  If you have submitted your child's information in past years and there are no changes other than current year teacher and you wish to continue to show information previously supplied, you do not need to do anything.  We will automatically roll over last year's information to this year's directory.  If there are any new students, changes to past information, or you wish to add contact information for students, please submit the directory form by Friday.  Please contact Shelly at or 920-246-0418 if you have any questions.

Lakeshore Obstacle Course Challenge
Students of all ages, parents, friends and the Fond du Lac community will have an opportunity to join in the fun on Saturday, September 22nd at 9am.  Inspired by TNT Adventure Obstacle course, challenge yourself to over 15 outdoor obstacles, including rope pull, tire run, wall climb, tire flip, climb and slide, rock wall, army crawl and many other fun obstacles.  Come enjoy a morning of fun and excitement.  Cheer on the students, make friends and participate in a great event.  A registration form was included in the blue welcome folder at open house or can be found on the Frequently Used Forms page.  If you have questions, you may email Andrea at

Book Fair
We will hold a book fair from 8:30 to 11:30 on Saturday 9/22 in the Lakeshore lobby. Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings kids the books they want to read. We'll receive a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level, and all purchases benefit our school!
Reading for pleasure inside and outside of school has real and long-lasting benefits. Please come to our book fair and help shape your child's reading habits.
See you at the book fair!  Each participant of the Lakeshore Obstacle Challenge will be given a ticket to enter into a drawing to win a free book at the book fair!

Hearing and Vision Screening
The hearing and vision screening will take place September 24th. We are in need of volunteers, if you think you are able to volunteer, please visit the sign up genius below.

**We are looking for a new chair for next year and offering the opportunity to shadow our current chair, MaryAnn Schwark, this year.  If interested you can sign up under Hearing and Vision shadow replacement on the sign up genius**

Chairs Needed!
We are still looking for a few chairs for events this year!  We need a co chair for High Interest Day.  You would be joining a great existing chair who has co chaired the event before.  We also need a chair(s) for Family Reading Night, Teacher Appreciation Week and Fifth Grade Recognition (4th grade parents to help).  If you are interested please contact Paige LePine at paigelepineiii@gmail for more information.  Thank you for your consideration!
