This month's PTO meeting will take place Wednesday at 4 pm in the media center. Child care is provided at no cost. We look forward to seeing you!

Milk Moola Program End
Kwik Trip has announced that they will be ending their Milk Moola program in March.  If you have any milk caps, please submit by March 1st so that we can do one final redemption before the program is over. Thank you for your support!

Every other year, the Lakeshore PTO sponsors a High Interest Day. Community members are brought into the school to present on their area of expertise. The students get to pick 3 areas they would like to know more about. This year High Interest Day will be taking place during the afternoon of May 17th. If you or someone you know has a career or hobby that you would be interested in sharing, please contact our chairperson, Emily Crego, at Emily_crego03@yahoo.com to discuss the possibility.  

Art to Remember
Your child is currently working on art to be submitted to Art to Remember to allow for ordering of personal keepsakes. Order forms will be coming home in March.

Kwik Trip will be 9% through the February 21st order, then return to 4%. For the January 31st order Papa Johns and AMC will be 10% (return to 8% after). Orders are due on Thursdays by 3:45.

Girl Scout Cookies - Last Chance!
Thin Mints, Samoas, Trefoils, Tagalongs, Do-Si-Dos, and Savannah Smiles! This year we also have 2 NEW COOKIES, Girl Scout S'mores and the gluten free Toffee Tastic! New cookies are $5 and all returning varieties are $4. Funds raised helps support service projects, summer camp, and many other awarding activities and field trips!   

An order form can be found on our GS bulletin board, in the main office, or by contacting Troop Organizer Janis Birschbach. Any orders placed this way (not through a specific girl scout) or this post will be split evenly among the troops.

Don't miss out - we are collecting orders through Sunday (27th)!

Kwik Trip continues to offer 14% through the Thursday order (then 9% through February 21st order, return to 4% after) and Shutterfly will be 10.75%  through Thursday as well (return to 9% after)

Santa's Shop
Holiday Santa Shop is back for the 3rd year in a row and will be open Monday and Tuesday!

Holiday Shop is a fun event for the kids!   It allows each child to purchase inexpensive gifts for family members, friends and/or teachers in a safe, controlled environment - right at school!  Every child will receive $2 Lakeshore Holiday Shop Bucks to add to their budget- so no one will be left out. (These are Holiday Shop Bucks, not Lakeshore/Paw Bucks)  Classes will have designated shopping times on either Monday or Tuesday.  Gifts range from $1.00 to 10.00 and everywhere in between. Most gifts run $2 - $5 on average.

If you have not sent you gift guide envelope back, please do so Monday. 

Thank you to all of the volunteers that make this shop possible. The kids love it and it helps them learn about budgeting and the most important lesson of the season - giving.

Save yourself some running this holiday season! Order gift cards through Scrip and the cards will be sent home with your child or available to pick up right at Lakeshore! There is one order left before Winter Break, due on December 13th at 3:45. ** Please note that if this is your first scrip order of the school year a scrip agreement form must be completed. The form can be found in the cafeteria on the PTO board or at lakeshorepto.org under the scrip tab **  

An order form can only contain so much information. If you are looking for a vendor that you don't see you can look at https://www.shopwithscrip.com/ for a full list of national vendors (we do not participate in scrip now or reload) or contact Shelly at lakeshorescrip@gmail.com to check if gift cards are available.  

Family Fun Night

Santa's Shop
Holiday Santa Shop is back for the 3rd year in a row! Monday, December 17th & Tuesday, December 18th.

Holiday Shop is a fun event for the kids!   It allows each child to purchase inexpensive gifts for family members, friends and/or teachers in a safe, controlled environment - right at school!  Every child will receive $2 Lakeshore Holiday Shop Bucks to add to their budget- so no one will be left out. Gift Guide Envelopes will be sent home with you child soon.  Parents, please suggest spending limits on each person your child would like to shop for, enclose your chosen amount into the envelope and send back to school with your child by 12/14 (checks payable to Lakeshore PTO). During the day on 12/17 or 12/18, your child will be able to "shop" for each person on the list.  Santa Shop Elves will wrap gifts as much as possible so children are able to keep them a secret until your holiday celebration time and items will be sent home that day.

Thank you to all of the volunteers that make this shop possible. The kids love it and it helps them learn about budgeting and the most important lesson of the season - giving.
